Accounts Specialist – AP & AR (Onsite | Day-shift)

About the Role
  • This isn't your entry-level accounting role. You'll be working across both Accounts Payable and Receivable functions—owning the process from invoice to payment, and ensuring student billing is accurate, timely, and aligned with enrolment data.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process ~640 invoices per month across multiple entities.
  • Run weekly/fortnightly payment runs.
  • Maintain vendor records & resolve queries.
  • Generate student invoices & align with enrolment data.
  • Support with reconciliations, reports, and month-end tasks.

About YOUR Work History
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AP and AR.
  • Comfortable with high-volume invoice processing.
  • Know your way around XERO and MYOB.
  • Confident in Excel and accounting systems.
  • Preferably have a degree in Accounting or Finance.
