Job Description
As an Account Support Administrator (Benefits/Insurance), you will provide vital support in managing client accounts, handling benefit-related administration, and ensuring accurate documentation and client service. You will be a key partner in delivering seamless processes and exceptional customer experiences.

Skills & Abilities:
- Education: High School Diploma; some college preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years in a related role
- Benefits and medical insurance knowledge
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Certifications & Licenses: Life and Health License a plus
Your Daily Tasks
- Support management of current client base and new business/renewal activities
- Assist Account Manager and Sales team in developing, marketing, implementing, and administering benefit plans
- Obtain, compare, and analyze quotes
- Coordinate and prepare materials for employee meetings for open enrollment
- Review contracts, prepare documents, and maintain client files in CRM with complete and accurate data
- Assist with documentation for client benefit websites
- Attend carrier and vendor seminars to stay updated on industry changes and developments
- Handle benefit-related client service and administration issues (billing, eligibility, claims, etc.)
- Act as liaison between client and vendors
- Ensure completion of renewal checklists and requirements
- Prepare and submit sold employee applications
- Perform other duties as needed
