We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at The Pinnacle Hotel and Suites, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms. Your efforts will ensure that each guest enjoys a pleasant and hygienic stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and other supplies.
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or lost items found in rooms to the supervisor.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and maintain an inventory of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for extra items such as towels, pillows, or room cleaning.
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist in cleaning and organizing public areas of the hotel, including corridors, lounges, and meeting spaces as needed.
  • Adhere to hotel policies regarding security and privacy, respecting guest property and personal space.
  • Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Department for proper documentation.
  • Ensure efficient service, completing assigned tasks within designated time frames.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BSHM or equivalent.
  • SHS graduates with NCII certificate in housekeeping are also welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
