About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Wellness Spa Attendant to join our team. This is a full-time position that will involve providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our sauna and spa facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers upon arrival, ensuring they have a positive experience
  • Providing customers with towels, robes, and other necessary items
  • Ensuring the locker rooms, showers, and sauna/spa areas are clean, well-stocked, and well-organised
  • Performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the facilities in top condition
  • Monitoring the sauna and spa equipment to ensure proper functionality
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience working as a locker room or spa attendant, preferably in the hair and beauty services industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming personality
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
