*REQUIREMENTS:*

*At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent in pharmaceutical or nutritional companies."

*Confident, energetic, and highly engaging

*Strong negotiation and communication skills

*High level of accuracy and attention to detail

*Operates with integrity and professionalism

*Can work well under pressure—independently or as part of a team

*Comfortable dealing with various types of people

*Able to carry conversations and effectively deliver brand messages

*Adaptable, fast learner, and able to thrive in different work environments

*Excellent customer service skills and computer literate

*Must have a laptop and a smartphone

*Can start in the first quarter of 2026

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Assign teams effectively and ensure the area consistently meets its targets.

* Guide and support Event Specialists to help improve their performance.

* Build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals.

* Assist in executing in-clinic and out-of-clinic activities and secure all required permits.

* Demonstrate strong people-management skills and the ability to lead a team.

* Serve as a leader who can coach, train, and develop team members.

* Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
