The Warehouse Staff will have the title of Fulfillment Specialist and ensure the smooth flow of products through the warehouse from receiving and organizing stock, to preparing orders, assisting with deliveries, and supporting production needs. This role keeps all inventory systems up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with daily operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Organize inventory storage for easy access and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor low-stock items and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of all items.

Logistics & Warehouse Operations

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for internal use, retail, and wholesale dispatch.
  • Coordinate with courier providers for domestic and international shipments.
  • Assist with delivery scheduling and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Support inbound receiving: inspect, verify, and record incoming deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.

Production Support

  • Prepare and issue production inventory requests on time.
  • Ensure materials are complete and accurate before releasing to production staff.
  • Track consumption of raw materials and finished goods returned from production.

Systems & Documentation

  • Update the digital inventory system daily.
  • Generate inventory reports as needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for stock handling and documentation.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, production, and logistics teams.
  • Communicate stock issues early to avoid delays in production or shipments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory work (preferred) such as J&T, Gogo Express, etc.
  • Basic skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physically able to lift boxes (up to 15–20kg).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Location Preference:

We prefer applicants based in Antipolo or nearby cities for easier daily commute and faster response during peak operations.

Work Schedule:

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Overtime pay for approved OT
  • 6 Days a week Monday to Saturday workweek
