Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Staff to join our growing team. The role involves managing warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage and issuance of materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with spare parts management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials, supplies, and spare parts.
  • Properly store, label, and organize items in the warehouse.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Issue materials and spare parts based on approved requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the warehouse area.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing and production departments for material requirements.
  • Prepare and update inventory reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • At least College level.
  • With experience in warehouse operations or inventory control, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Knowledgeable in spare parts and materials handling.
  • Can operate basic warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jack, weighing scale, barcode scanner).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work extended hours or shifting schedules when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php600.00 per day
