HR Specialist – (Operations, Coordination & Talent Support)

Sourcetech Solutions Inc. | Full-Time | Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Specialist who will support key HR functions such as operations coordination, employee deployment, onboarding, documentation, and talent acquisition support. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in either HR operations or recruitment, and is comfortable handling people coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Work Setup: Hybrid

Fieldwork: May be required occasionally

What You Will Do

HR Operations & Deployment Tasks

  • Coordinate manpower schedules for events, shoots, and client requirements.
  • Validate job requests and ensure timely deployment.
  • Manage daily bookings and maintain deployment logs.
  • Prepare and update attendance sheets, reports, and HR documentation.
  • Assist employees during onboarding and orientation.
  • Monitor attendance and endorse timekeeping updates to Payroll.
  • Support basic employee relations coordination (incident reporting, follow-ups).

People & Client Coordination

  • Provide updates to clients regarding deployments and manpower status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Technical Caretakers, and HR.
  • Ensure smooth communication and timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Talent Support & Recruitment Assistance

  • Help coordinate workforce requirements with the Recruitment Team.
  • Assist in basic applicant screening or scheduling of interviews when needed.
  • Maintain an updated list of active applicants for urgent roles.
  • Participate in improving recruitment and onboarding processes.

Process & Workflow Support

  • Help refine HR and deployment procedures.
  • Track recurring concerns and assist in implementing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in HR operations, coordination, or recruitment (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Good communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup and do occasional fieldwork.
