Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the HR Recruitment Manager in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet client and business needs. He/She ensures a smooth end-to-end recruitment process, maintains the applicant database, and delivers an excellent experience to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and endorse candidates based on client requirements.
- Maintain and update the ATS for easy reference and compliance.
- Build and manage sourcing channels (job boards, referrals, social media).
- Coordinate with clients to clarify job requirements and hiring updates.
- Track daily recruitment activities and prepare simple productivity reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
- Support other HR tasks or special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
