Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Application / System Site Support Specialist to provide on-site assistance for our software applications and system deployments. This role is responsible for troubleshooting application issues, supporting users during system operations, and ensuring seamless performance at client locations or operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide on-site user support for application and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime

· Troubleshoot and resolve application errors, login issues, configuration problems, and system performance concerns

· Coordinate with development, IT, and operations teams for escalated technical issues

· Conduct application training and onboarding for end-users and site personnel

· Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance to ensure operational stability

· Document incidents, fixes, and updates in service ticketing systems

· Support system rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements across multiple sites

· Assist in testing new releases, features, or patches prior to deployment

· Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve system design and usability

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

· years experience in application support, IT field support, or system administration

· Familiarity with software installation, system configuration, and user management

· Working knowledge of networking basics, databases, and cloud or web-based applications

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

· Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk) is an advantage

· Willingness to travel to site locations when required

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently in field environments

· Strong time management and task prioritization

· Adaptable and able to handle multiple support cases simultaneously
