Position: HR Specialist (Mobility)

Be part of a dynamic HR team We are looking for an HR Specialist (Mobility) who will manage end-to-end employee mobility processes, ensuring smooth transitions, compliance with Philippine labor laws, and an excellent employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate employee movements such as transfers, assignments, and relocations
  • Process mobility-related documents accurately and on time
  • Manage visa, work permit, AEP, and other requirements for local and foreign hires
  • Act as the main point of contact for consultants and employees regarding mobility concerns
  • Maintain and report mobility data and support policy/process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards
  • Occasionally travel to government agencies or company sites when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR mobility, HR operations, or government compliance
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor and immigration processes
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion
