POSITION DESCRIPTION

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)

  • Assists the Section Chief in the preparation of plans, proposals, supervision and implementation of projects within the section and the maintenance (sweeping, watering, trimming, tree pruning, weeding, and cultivation) of grounds and landscape areas (softscapes) within the Park.

Statement of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists the Section Chief in the supervision of Landscape Management Section - Ground Maintenance Unit personnel, projects, and activities related to the maintenance of the parks' landscape areas and landscape (softscape and hardscape) elements.
  • Assists the Section Chief in the preparation of budget/ project proposals, correspondences, memoranda, reports, and other documents of the Landscape Management Section - Ground Maintenance Unit.
  • Assists the Section Chief in the crafting of proposals and plans related to the Landscape Management Section - Ground Maintenance Unit.
  • Assists the Section Chief in the preparation and collation of documents related to the procurement requirements of the Landscape Management Section - Ground Maintenance Unit.
  • Assists the Section Chief in the preparation, revision, and updating of process flows, procedures, registries, manuals, and forms under the Landscape Management Section - Ground Maintenance Unit.
  • Assists the Section Chief in providing technical assistance and support to internal and external clients of the Landscape Management Section.
  • Performs other related tasks and duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php37,024.00 per month
