Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
  • Maintain records of maintenance work, parts used, and schedules.
  • Install, test, and calibrate new equipment or machinery as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with external contractors or vendors when specialized repairs are needed.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Perform general facility upkeep including lighting, plumbing, and building maintenance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, vocational/technical training, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pumping systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various environments.
  • Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or on-call as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
