Job Purpose

  1. Technical and Energy Audit

1.1 Ensure that site equipment preventive maintenance program are properly implemented.

1.2 Ensure that AC unit, site equipment / facilities are in good condition and efficiently running.

1.3 Prepare AC equipment and facilities assessment and recommend for its efficient operation.

  1. Maintenance and Project Management

2.1 Actively participates in AC troubleshooting, testing and commissioning, and repair activities.

2.2 Familiarize with site equipment and facilities operations.

2.3 Assist contractor of the project manage by the company.

2.4 Conduct regular inspection and of sites technical project.

2.5 Ensure that the Quarterly AC Maintenance program are completed.

  1. Research and Development

3.1 Conduct research and feasibility studies on site and contractor/s proposal specially for new equipment enhancement and new technologies.

3.2 Conduct studies on AC equipment and building technical operations enhancement.

  1. Fire and Safety Protection

4.1 Prepare and implement fire safety standard and procedures for the property.

4.2 Ensure safety policies are properly implemented.

4.3 Regularly check safety equipment, gadget and fire hazards.

  1. Other Activities

5.1 Other activities to be implemented by the immediate supervisor and Manager
