The client is a commercial credit reporting bureau helping over 50,000 Australian businesses, from sole traders to large corporations, make informed credit decisions. Our platform offers credit tools, data, and integrations to manage risk and save time.

Internal teams:

  • Business analysts, architects, sales, finance, product managers/owners, engineers, and executives

External partners:

  • Salesforce, MS Dynamics, AI, integration consultants, and payment gateway providers

You'll lead and deliver internal and external projects across multiple platforms. This is a
hands-on role
, where you'll manage timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects at once across tech and business teams
  • Coordinate with both internal staff and external vendors
  • Track progress, resolve issues, and report on project status
  • Support contract negotiations and resource planning
  • Ensure smooth process changes and strong communication with all parties
  • Lead and motivate project teams, especially during uncertainty
  • Manage budgets and timelines efficiently

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience (handling complex projects end-to-end)
  • Background in credit, banking, or SaaS (2–3 years preferred)
  • Able to juggle multiple large projects and stakeholders
  • Confident in both technical discussions and business strategy
  • Familiar with project delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Skilled in documentation, communication, and conflict resolution
  • Strong understanding of data security, ISO, and PCI compliance
  • Degree in a relevant field + PMP or Agile certification preferred
