Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple technology and IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee technical development and ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and report project status to leadership.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote best practices in project management.
  • Ensure compliance with technology standards, documentation, and security policies.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Champion the use of project management tools and drive process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
  • Proficient with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php95, Php105,000.00 per month
