Role Description: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale our sales engine. This is a pivotal leadership position for an individual who can architect our sales strategy, drive market expansion, and personally cultivate high-level relationships. Based in our Plaridel office, you will have full ownership of the sales cycle and be directly responsible for the growth and performance of our field sales team, reporting directly to the executive team. Your primary mission will be to solidify our position as the leading provider of high-performance polyurethane (PU) roofing systems by directly engaging key decision-makers in construction, property development, and architecture. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the comprehensive sales strategy for the company, setting ambitious targets and defining the roadmap for market penetration and revenue growth. Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Field Sales Associates. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Account & Business Development: Personally drive the acquisition of major accounts and establish long-term, strategic partnerships with top-tier contractors, developers, architects, and property owners. Market Intelligence & Expansion: Serve as the market expert, identifying new growth opportunities, analyzing competitive landscape, and guiding product and marketing strategy based on field insights. Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs and sales targets for the team. Implement robust reporting systems to provide the executive team with clear visibility into the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment on client needs, proposal accuracy, and flawless project execution. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of proven B2B sales leadership experience, with a preference for backgrounds in construction, building materials, roofing, or industrial sectors. A demonstrable track record of not just meeting but exceeding sales targets and successfully managing and scaling a sales team. Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level. Deep knowledge of the construction and development landscape in Bulacan, Northern Metro Manila, and Central Luzon is a significant advantage.
