Job Title: Sales Associate (Power Tools and Equipment)

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate specializing in power tools and equipment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. Your expertise in power tools and equipment will be essential in assisting customers with their needs and ensuring they find the right solutions for their projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering product recommendations.

  • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of power tools and equipment to customers.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our product inventory, including specifications, applications, and pricing.

  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate tools and equipment for their specific tasks.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

  • Provide after-sales support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the power tools and equipment industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of power tools, equipment, and their applications.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
