Role Description Sales Manager – Roofing & Cold Storage Systems Location: On‑site, Plaridel, Bulacan (field operations in Northern Metro Manila and Central Luzon). We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and expand our presence across Northern Metro Manila and Bulacan. This leadership role is primarily based in our Plaridel office, overseeing the full sales cycle while guiding a team of Field Sales Associates. As Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales direction, developing and managing client relationships, and ensuring our high‑performance polyurethane (PU) roofing systems reach key decision‑makers in the construction, property development and architectural sectors. You’ll report directly to the executive team and contribute directly to our revenue growth and market expansion goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall sales strategy, aligning with business goals and market opportunities. Lead, mentor and manage a team of Field Sales Associates, providing support, training and performance feedback. Identify new business opportunities and key markets for growth in the construction and building sectors. Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with contractors, developers, architects and property owners. Monitor sales targets, KPIs and market developments to continuously optimise sales effectiveness. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews and territory planning. Work closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, proposal accuracy and timely project execution. Provide executive‑level reports on sales progress, market feedback and team performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in construction, roofing, building materials or industrial sectors (preferred). Experience managing a sales team with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills. High level of initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. In‑depth knowledge of regional construction markets, particularly Bulacan and Northern Metro Manila (plus).
