Ortigas, Philippines I2s Business Solutions Full time ₱384,000 - ₱480,000 per year

Work Setup & Compensation:

  • Schedule: Night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Setup: Hybrid – report to Ortigas, Pasig office once a month or as needed
  • Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 gross
  • Benefits: 13th month pay, government-mandated contributions, HMO from Day 1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, BestBuy, Walmart, and TikTok.
  • Oversee order processing, inventory reconciliation, and fulfillment accuracy.
  • Handle claims for lost/damaged orders, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.
  • Monitor account health on Amazon and ensure accurate product listings and pricing.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Web Development, and 3PL partners for smooth operations.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and maintain KPI dashboards.
  • Support digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor marketplace promotions.
  • Develop and update SOPs to optimize processes and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of e-commerce experience, with strong knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and other marketplaces.
  • Skilled in SEO, SEM/Paid Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience handling claims, chargebacks, and marketplace compliance is a plus.
