Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Systems Specialist to oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our ERP system, primarily Acumatica. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ERP platforms and a proactive approach to supporting business operations and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Acumatica or similar ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks Pro, Sage, Oracle/NetSuite, or other relational database ERP platforms)
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather system requirements and deliver ERP solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and support ERP implementation projects including planning, module setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Configure, customize, and troubleshoot ERP modules based on user and organizational needs
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including system workflows and procedures
  • Provide end-user support and conduct system training as necessary
  • Generate and analyze operational and management reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and coordinate with the MIS Head for system enhancements and integrations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize ERP usage

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in ERP administration and support with Acumatica or other major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation projects including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or HR) and how they integrate with business processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration and user training
  • Background in finance or accounting processes is an advantage
