Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Systems Specialist to oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our ERP system, primarily Acumatica. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ERP platforms and a proactive approach to supporting business operations and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Acumatica or similar ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks Pro, Sage, Oracle/NetSuite, or other relational database ERP platforms)
- Collaborate with various departments to gather system requirements and deliver ERP solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead and support ERP implementation projects including planning, module setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Configure, customize, and troubleshoot ERP modules based on user and organizational needs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including system workflows and procedures
- Provide end-user support and conduct system training as necessary
- Generate and analyze operational and management reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and coordinate with the MIS Head for system enhancements and integrations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize ERP usage
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in ERP administration and support with Acumatica or other major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Proven experience in ERP implementation projects including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or HR) and how they integrate with business processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration and user training
- Background in finance or accounting processes is an advantage
