Key Responsibilities

· Conceptualize creative design of marketing and branding materials used, such as but not limited to newsletters, catalogs, corporate videos and photos, infographics, announcements etc.

· Creating design, and distribution of regular newsletters, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with company goals.

· Develop, refine, and share firm news to ensure timely and effective communication of key updates and accomplishments to internal and external audiences.

· Collaborate closely with the BMSS team and other involve stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and impact across all outputs.

· Maintain well-organised, clearly named design files and keep up to date with design trends, tools, and formats within corporate marketing.

· Drive seamless brand and campaign launches through cohesive design systems, standardized templates, and style guides.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets reflect the program's tone, visual branding, and consistent messaging.

· Share content concepts and campaign assets with internal teams, and support client presentations and pitch efforts as needed.

· Offer strategic suggestions to enhance messaging clarity, presentation design, and content formatting.

· Perform other duties as needed.

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

· A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or other related fields

· Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Marketing and Communication specialist with exposure in BPO or Shared Service environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.

· Able to work efficiently, independently and as part of collaborative team

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment while meeting deadlines.

· Must be extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities, adept at handling multiple projects with efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
