We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare recruitment agency. This role will focus on providing excellent support to candidates and clients, ensuring smooth compliance processing, and managing shift bookings. You will be the first point of contact for healthcare professionals, helping them through onboarding, maintaining their compliance files, and confirming their bookings in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintaining a positive, helpful, empathetic, and professional attitude toward candidates and clients at all times

  • Responding promptly to candidates and clients inquiries
  • Communicating with candidates and clients through various channels (emails, chats and phone calls).
  • Knowing the services inside and out so that you can answer questions and perform the job efficiently
  • Processing application forms and requests
  • CRM management
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback to candidates and clients
  • Ensure candidate satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Receive inbound calls and perform outbound calls
  • Reports any issues or concerns immediately with management staff and follows protocol
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
