JOB TITLE : Dental Assistant - Roving

Location : Alabang & San Pedro Branch

II. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities

Chairside Assistance

  • Assist the dentist during procedures (e.g., fillings, braces installation, crowns, extractions)

  • Hand instruments and materials to the dentist

  • Use suction devices to keep patients' mouths dry and clear

Patient Preparation

  • Prepare patients for dental procedures

  • Ensure patient comfort and answer basic questions

  • Take and record patient medical history and vital signs

Sterilization and Infection Control

  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

  • Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment

  • Follow infection control protocols

Radiography

  • Take dental X-rays, ceph xray, tmj

  • Process and develop X-ray films or digital images

Material and Equipment Handling

  • Prepare dental materials like cements, fillings, and impression materials, brackets and wires

  • Set up and break down treatment rooms

Administrative Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and request dental supplies and materials

  • Ensure inventory is well-stocked and organized

  • Follow FIFO

  • Monitor Repair and Maintenance

    III. OTHERS

  • Perform other functions that may be designated by the immediate head

Willing to work at VERA. Dental Clinic Unit 203 2F, Sycamore Arcade, Alabang Zapote Road, Brgy. Cupang, Muntinlupa City (Alabang)) and VERA. Dental Clinic 2F Mega Bldg. National Highway, Brgy. Landayan, San Pedro, Laguna (San Pedro)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php695.00 per day
