I Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and compassionate patient care. Providing dental treatments to patients and Educating patients on good oral hygiene.

II. *Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*

ü  Proper monitoring of clinical inventory.

ü  Monitor proper usage and less wastage of clinical materials.

ü  Monitor Clinic cleanliness.

ü  Ensure the quality of all treatments.

ü  Guide Associates Dentists and Dental Assistants.

ü  Make sure that VERA. Dental Clinic Corporation Code of Ethics is properly implemented. (In coordination with Branch Supervisor).

ü  Oversee day-to-day activities inside treatment room.

ü  Manage Clinical staff (in coordination with Branch Supervisor).

ü  Issue Incident Report (IR) Notice to Explain (NTE) to all staff who violated VERA. Dental Clinic Corporation Code of Ethics (In coordination with Branch Supervisor)

ü  Help increase and achieve Branch Sales/ Quota (In coordination with Branch Supervisor)

ü  Fill Up properly the Dental charts and forms.

ü  Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.

ü  Utilizing x-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.

ü  Providing Dental Treatments to patients including routine cleanings, extractions, dental fillings, cavity and tooth decay, treatments, teeth whitening, bonding and applications of dental crowns, caps and veneers, and orthodontic treatments.

ü  Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.

ü  Educating patients on good oral hygiene. Practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.

ü  Performing Oral cancer screening.

ü  Prescribing antibiotics and pain medications to patients as required.

ü  Ensuring that all dental instruments and equipment were sterilize before each use.

ü  Taking impressions of Patient's mouths got the fabrication of customized mouth guards and Dentures.
