  • Have knowledge of applying for business permits etc.
  • Have knowledge in Payroll and timekeeping but not required.
  • Able to draft lease of contracts for leasing businesses, memo etc.
  • People-oriented with a positive outlook.

JOB OVERVIEW:

  • Scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files and documents, taking meeting minutes, and providing administrative support for the Korean CEO and or department.
  • Will handle tenants contract, billing and invoice.
  • Prepares reports required by top management and other entities.
  • All other duties appointed by the Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,500.00 per month
