Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements for new or enhanced systems.* Assist in designing technical and functional specifications that align with business objectives.* Work with developers to translate business needs into SQL queries and system logic.* Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of issues.* Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.* Prepare documentation, including process flows, data mapping, and system configuration notes.* Conduct user training sessions and assist with creating user manuals or guides.* Ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technical deliverables.* Perform basic data analysis and reporting using SQL and other tools.**MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).* At least 3 years of working experience as Business Systems Analyst* Familiarity with SQL – ability to write queries for data validation and reporting.* Basic understanding of system design concepts and software development life cycle (SDLC).* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.* Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems.**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)*** Experience with requirements gathering or business analysis (internships or academic projects welcome).* Knowledge of data modeling or relational database concepts.* Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other project management platforms.* Basic knowledge of APIs or integration concepts.**Where Memories Start with You**Hospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
