We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Cebu City. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, chats, or emails to resolve concerns and provide accurate information. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional assistance
- Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and general office support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to management
Qualification:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably in a call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
