Key Responsibilities:

Qualification:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
