  • Check and validate proper documents necessary for payment processing, e.g., Purchase Order, Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, etc.
  • Encode the expense transaction in the bank system and secure approval from the Finance & Accounting Supervisor for check processing.
  • Prepare the Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld BIR Form 2307 for payments when applicable.
  • Prepare the check payments for Partners' signatures and record them in the Check On-Hand Monitoring Sheet for documentation and schedules of release.
  • Encode and update monthly branch expense transactions in the Book of Accounts.
  • Retrieve the branch monthly sales and purchases from the General Ledger from the Accounting Specialist, General Ledger, and encode the details in the BIR Relief System.
  • Generate the Summary List of Sales & Purchases from the BIR Relief System and submit it to the Accounting Manager quarterly.
  • Collate and sort monthly the disbursement vouchers, and file and keep them properly for documentation.

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting or any related course
