JOB DESCRIPTION:

Talent Acquisition

  • Performs end-to-end recruitment; sourcing to on-boarding.

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms, including job boards and company websites.

  • Screen, source resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for further consideration.

  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.

  • Prepares the data needed for reports

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate databases.

  • Coordinates with the academe and industry partners for possible partnerships

  • Participates in job fairs and industry partners events

  • Assist in other HR activities

Labor Relations

  • Support the implementation of labor relations policies and procedures.

  • Prepares Labor Relations Documents such as NTE, Administrative Hearing, Notice of Decision.

  • Conducts investigation for administrative cases

  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist in preparing documentation for labor-related meetings and discussions.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure labor relations compliance and resolve issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any Business or Legal related course.

  • At least 3-4 years and above experience in the same field.

  • Strong knowledge on relevant employment laws and Labor Code of the Philippines.

  • Highly motivated and career-oriented.

  • With good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent writing and research skills.

  • Willing to work onsite at Pasay City.
