The Role:

We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented ad designer to help us produce high-quality social media ads (primarily stills, with some light motion preferred). You'll be working within an established creative direction, using Figma for layout and Photoshop for image cleanup and enhancement.

We're building a system that delivers ads quickly and cleanly—your job is to help execute at a high level of visual polish and consistency.

Most of our clients are U.S.-based, so we're looking for someone whose design sensibility aligns with modern international brands — clean, bold, editorial, and optimized for social media.

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble still ad designs in Figma using provided assets and layout guidance
  • Use Photoshop to clean up images, remove backgrounds, and polish visuals as needed
  • Export deliverables in correct sizes and formats (1x1, 9x16, etc.)
  • Organize and upload final files to Google Drive
  • Make light revisions based on internal feedback
  • Ensure all work meets the brand's visual standards

  • Strong skills in Figma (required)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop for photo editing and cleanup (required)
  • Strong eye for layout, spacing, typography, and composition
  • Fluent in written English
  • Reliable, responsive, and highly organized
  • Self-sufficient but collaborative

Bonus If You Have:
  • Experience with After Effects or motion design
  • Familiarity with ad formats for Meta, TikTok, or performance marketing
  • Previous experience working in a remote team or agency setting
