About the role

Join the talented creative team at POST AD VENTURES INC.' as a Graphic Artist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing engaging visual content that drives brand awareness and captivates audiences across various digital and print mediums. As part of our design and architecture team, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' campaigns and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating original graphic designs, illustrations, and visual assets for use in marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other brand collateral
  • Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our work remains fresh and innovative
  • Providing design guidance and support to other team members as needed
  • Participating in regular design reviews and incorporating feedback to refine and improve your work
  • Maintaining a strong attention to detail and ensuring all work adheres to brand guidelines and style standards

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Artist or similar design role, preferably within an agency or creative studio setting
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design, digital illustration, typography, and layout design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, an understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
