About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal advice to Management on a broad range of matters. This role ensures the Company's operations remain legally compliant, mitigates risks, and supports effective decision-making.

As Legal Counsel, you will partner closely with teams across the organization to review and prepare contracts and legal documents, provide guidance on transactional matters, and contribute to the strategic direction of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to Management on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Assess legal risks and provide commercially sound solutions to mitigate them.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing legal input on business decisions.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to the Company.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Licensed lawyer with at least 2 years of experience in an established law firm or as in-house counsel.
  • 4–5 years of total relevant experience preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly analytical with strong risk assessment and management skills.
  • Provides legally sound and commercially astute advice.
  • Strong team player with high integrity and professional ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,000.00 per month
