  • Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to improve vehicle performance and reliability.
  • Conduct system analysis and performance testing on hybrid or electric vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support prototype development and field testing.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of designs, tests, and repair procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Certification or strong experience in automotive mechanics (ASE or equivalent preferred).
  • Has experience in electrical engineering, with hands-on mechanical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Knowledge of CAN bus systems, battery management systems (BMS), and control units is a plus.
