Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries on platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Viber, and email, providing accurate product, pricing, and availability details.
  • Order Processing: Ensure smooth handling of customer orders, maintain accurate sales records, and support the team in meeting daily targets.
  • Sales Enablement: Gain knowledge of product offerings to recommend solutions that improve the sales cycle and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to track order status, dispatch schedules, and prepare necessary sales documents.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience within the sales process.
  • General Support: Assist the General Manager with other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
