Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Social Media & Marketing Associate to support our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media, influencer/affiliate marketing, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.)
  • Develop and maintain the content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Manage and grow our affiliate and influencer seeding programs, including tracking performance, and maintaining partnerships
  • Assist in coordinating and executing public relations efforts, including building media lists, sending press kits, and tracking coverage
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with the community, responding to comments, DMs, and tagged content
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for social media and affiliate marketing; provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce compelling digital assets and campaign materials
  • Support email marketing campaigns, blog posts, newsletters, and website updates as needed
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and trend reporting to inform strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • With proven experience in social media, digital marketing, influencer/affiliate programs, or PR support
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and influencer culture
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Experience with affiliate platforms and PR tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a bonus
  • Passion for storytelling, community building, and brand engagement
