Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Voice Network Engineer to manage, support, and optimize our enterprise voice infrastructure. This role involves working with Cisco CUCM/CME and AudioCodes SBCs/Media Gateways, ensuring high availability, performance, and integration with broader IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage voice infrastructure (CUCM, CME, AudioCodes SBCs/Gateways).
  • Configure SIP, call routing, and dial plans.
  • Provide advanced support and troubleshoot complex voice issues.
  • Monitor voice network performance and analyze CDRs.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure standards compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on voice system integration.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident/change management and CMDB updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Cisco CUCM/CME and AudioCodes platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, MGCP, and VoIP technologies.
  • Basic IP networking (VLANs, QoS, VPNs).
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP Collaboration).
  • Experience with automation tools for voice network management.
