About the role

As a Customer Screening Agent at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.', you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity and security of our client portfolio. This full-time position, based in Makati City Metro Manila, will require you to diligently screen customer information and transactions to identify potential risks and compliance issues.

What you'll be doing

Monitoring customer transactions and account activity to detect any suspicious or fraudulent behaviour.

Escalating high-risk cases to the appropriate compliance teams for further investigation

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support the screening process

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance customer due diligence procedures

Continuously staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in customer screening

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a customer screening, compliance or financial investigations role
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess financial risks
  3. Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data verification
  4. Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant screening tools and databases
  6. Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
  7. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
