Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent located in Makati, with some flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Agent will engage with clients to understand their financial needs, offer customized insurance products, and provide expert guidance on suitable coverage options. Day-to-day tasks include establishing relationships with clients, explaining insurance plans, conducting sales, and maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
  • Proficiency in Finance-related knowledge and processes
  • Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Ability to balance in-office responsibilities in Makati with remote work tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
