JOB TITTLE : WAREHOUSEMAN

REPORTING LINE: OPERATIONS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Knowledgeable in warehouse operations and quality procedures.
  • Operates warehouse equipment (if any), maintains a clean and safe work environment, accurately tracks inventory, and prepares orders for delivery.
  • Handles and prepares warehouse reports.
  • Knowledgeable in receiving and checking goods for quality upon delivery. Unloads and inspects incoming goods, checks for damages, and stores them in designated areas following specific inventory methods.
  • Performs inventory management, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accurate stock levels. Updates inventory records and reports discrepancies.
  • Picks, packs, and prepares orders for shipping or pick-up accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepares goods for shipment, ensuring they are properly packaged and that all required documentation is completed.
  • Must maintain a neat and orderly warehouse for safety reasons.

Professional qualifications

Education: Graduate of any related 4-year course

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Experience / Technical knowledge

  • At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
  • With experience in logistics operations. (optional)
  • Knowledgeable in Odoo software or other inventory systems (an advantage).
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Experience using logistics software for tracking shipments and managing inventory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
