RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Ensures that the required numbers of candidate interviews are met by consistently scheduling potential candidates with the use of traditional and non-traditional sourcing and recruitment techniques.

  2. Responsible in posting job advertisements through different job posting websites.

  3. In charge in resume screening and initial phone interview screening.

  4. In charge in administering online application.

  5. In charge in the collection of pre-employment requirements.

  6. Knows how to coordinate with various Educational Institution for Career Fair/Talks.

  7. Maintain and update recruitment database and monitor workable candidates.

  8. Sends daily recruitment report to HR Manager and re calibrates souring initiatives as needed.

  9. In-Charge in new employees contract signing and on boarding orientation

  10. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

  2. Good communication skills verbal and written.

  3. Must have at least one year experience in recruitment. (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply).

  4. Experience in volume hiring is preferred.

  5. File maintenance, computer literate, strong attention to details.

  6. Willing to work in Makati City

Work Schedule – Monday to Saturday
