Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an MEP BIM Specialist located in Metro Manila. The MEP BIM Specialist will be responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes specific to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Daily tasks include BIM coordination, handling submittals, and collaborating closely with architecture and engineering teams to ensure accurate MEP integrations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
  • Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Skills in Architecture and a thorough understanding of architectural processes
  • Ability to manage submittals and ensure project documentation accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in relevant BIM software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred
