Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP BIM Modeler, located in Metro Manila. The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Day-to-day tasks include developing construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in BIM models. The role requires coordination with project teams to achieve high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
  • Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Proficiency in developing Construction Drawings
  • Knowledge in Architecture and Modeler skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience in the construction or consultancy industry is a plus
