What does this job do in general?

The Operations Administrator is responsible for providing varied and wide-ranging administrative support for operational areas in order to maintain efficient and logistically effective operations. They are also responsible for duties such as answering phones, dealing with client and customer requests and inquiries. They are responsible for delivering consistently high customer service to internal and external customers.
