Job Summary:

The Risk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's risk management framework with a primary focus on credit risk. This role involves identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating potential risks that may impact the company's financial performance and strategic objectives. The Risk Manager will lead the development and implementation of risk policies, credit risk models, and reporting tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The position requires strong leadership in managing a team, engaging with senior stakeholders, and providing insights that support sound decision-making.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field

· Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity handling risk.

· Proven experience in banking, financial services, or related industries, with a strong understanding of credit risk assessment, portfolio management, and regulatory requirements.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement risk policies, credit models, and stress-testing frameworks.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of risk assessment tools and methodologies.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and provide strategic guidance to both senior management and cross-functional teams.

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
