The Recruitment Staff plays a vital role in ensuring the company's workforce requirements are met by sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates for deployment to clients. This position is responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process in compliance with company policies, government regulations (particular to DMW rules), and industry standards for land based manpower deployment. The Recruitment Staff works closely with applicants, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely hiring, proper documentation, and smooth onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and attracting qualified applicants through various channels.
  • Conducting initial interviews, examinations, and background checks.
  • Coordinating with government agencies (e.g., DOLE, POEA/DMW) for required recruitment compliance.
  • Assisting applicants in completing pre-employment and deployment requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Officer/Manager in meeting manpower requirements within set timelines.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding ethical recruitment practices and ensuring candidate welfare.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
