The Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role involves analyzing stock movements, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with relevant teams to optimize inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze inventory data to maintain accuracy.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variances.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to manage stock levels.
  • Identify trends and recommend inventory adjustments.
  • Generate reports on inventory performance and stock movement.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in inventory management or data analysis is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
