Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Tech Lead with at least 2 years of proven experience in a technical leadership role. The ideal candidate will oversee the development team, ensure high-quality code delivery, guide architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality software
  • Oversee system architecture, design decisions, and technical implementation
  • Review, optimize, and maintain code quality, performance, and security standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
  • Drive technical planning, sprint estimations, and project timelines
  • Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, risks, and issues
  • Implement best practices in development, testing, documentation, and deployment
  • Guide the team in adopting new technologies, tools, and development processes
  • Facilitate code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure alignment of technical strategy with business goals

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar leadership role
  • Strong experience in software development (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, C#, or relevant stack)
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and software best practices
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a development team

Preferred Skills (Optional)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
  • Background in performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability
  • Experience in mentoring junior developers and fostering team growth
