We're hiring
motivated individuals
to join a leading financial institution as
Sales Executives
. In this role, you'll be stationed in a
bank branch
and will work closely with bank staff to offer life insurance and financial solutions to existing and potential clients.
What You'll Do:
- Promote life insurance and investment-related products to walk-in clients and existing bank customers
- Build strong relationships with bank officers and staff to generate leads and close sales
- Provide customer support for policy servicing and claims assistance
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Submit reports and attend weekly alignment meetings with sales leaders and branch teams
- Share insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and campaign performance
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- At least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Industry experience preferred: Banking, Insurance, financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using digital tools
