What you'll do:

As our People & Talent Partner, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You'll be our go-to person for everything people-related and play a key role in shaping the candidate and employee experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Post jobs on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
  • Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
  • Build relationships within the local IT community - including partnerships with universities, tech communities, and professional networks
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and internal databases
  • Coordinate technical interviews and lead initial screening calls
  • Support salary negotiations and onboarding

People Operations & Culture

  • Organize employee engagement activities (e.g., Happy Fridays, team-building)
  • Support probation check-ins and feedback processes
  • Help build development plans for employees
  • Maintain HR documents and employee records
  • Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day HR-related queries

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR (preferably in tech/outsourcing)
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Tech-savvy and organized - can manage multiple roles and systems in parallel
  • Warm, people-oriented, and proactive - with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a young, fast-paced, and international environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
  • Previous work with international companies
  • HR certification or relevant training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
